The <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">following<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">instructions<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">are<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">framed<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">to<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">prevent<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">the<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">menace<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">of<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">ragging<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">and<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">foster<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">healthy <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">interpersonal relations among students in the campus of RMG College, Nagbhid. <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Ragging is strictly forbidden in or outside the college campus. All students shall familiarize <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">themselves with rules\/regulations\/guidelines on code of conduct, anti-ragging measures and <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">discipline College. In an effort to promote the well being of all women employees at the work place the following code of conduct has been prescribed:-<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>It shall be the duty of the employer to prevent or deter the commission of any act of sexual harassment at the work place.<\/li>\n<li>Sexual harassment will include such unwelcome sexually determined behavior by any person either individually or in association with other persons or by any person in authority whether directly or by implication such as:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li><span class=\"text\">Eve-teasing<br \/><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"text\">Unsavory remark<br \/><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"text\">Jokes causing or likely to cause awkwardness or embarrassment<br \/><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"text\">Innuendos and taunts<br \/><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"text\">Gender based insults or sexiest remark<br \/><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"text\">Unwelcome sexual overtone in any manner such as over telephone (obnoxious telephone calls) and the like<br \/><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"text\">Touching or brushing against any part of the body and the like<br \/><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"text\">Displaying pornographic or other offensive or derogatory pictures, cartoons, pamphlets or sayings.<br \/><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"text\">Forcible physical touch or molestation.<br \/><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"text\">Physical confinement against one\u2019s will and any other act likely to violate one\u2019s privacy.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>The mechanism for redressal of complaints and further Procedure to be followed for conducting enquiry by the Complaints Committee is as follows:<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>On receipt of a complaint ICC shall conduct preliminary enquiry so as to ascertain the truth of the allegations by collecting the documentary evidence as well as recording statements of any possible witnesses including the complainant. ICC shall then submit the preliminary enquiry report to Director\/Disciplinary Authority along with all the original documents adduced during the preliminary enquiry proceedings. In case the allegations are not in the nature of sexual harassment, ICC may refer such complaints to the Grievance Redressal cell or to Registrar.<\/li>\n<li>Where sexual harassment occurs as a result of an act or omission by any third party or outsider, ICC shall take all steps necessary and reasonable to assist the affected person in terms of support and preventive action<\/li>\n<li>ICC shall comply with the procedure prescribed in the aforementioned UGC Regulations 2015 and the Sexual Harassment Act for inquiring into the complaint in a time bound manner.<\/li>\n<li>If ICC concludes that the allegations made were false, malicious or the complaint was made knowing it to be untrue or forged or misleading information has been provided during the inquiry, the complainant shall be liable to be punished as per the relevant provision of the aforementioned UGC Regulations 2015.<\/li>\n<li>Member Secretary\/Chairperson, ICC shall receive the complaints of sexual harassment, if any, on behalf of ICC and shall co-ordinate the deliberations of the ICC on the complaints received<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff0000\">Awareness Programs Organized<\/span> - <a href=\"https:\/\/rmgcollegenagbhid.in\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/Gender-Awarness-Program1.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">View<\/a><\/h3>\n<table class=\"table table-bordered alignleft\">\n<thead>\n<tr style=\"background: #ff5a00;color: #fff;font-weight: bold\">\n<th>S.
